Replenish & Rise
A Day Retreat for the Woman Who Does It All
This is your invitation to pause.
You spend your days doing.
Working. Planning. Driving. Caring. Leading. Helping. Remembering. Showing up.
You take care of the people you love. You handle what needs to be handled. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you keep putting yourself at the bottom of the list.
Replenish + Rise is a one-day retreat created for the woman who is ready to put everything else down for a few hours and simply be taken care of.
No expectations. No guilt. No need to accomplish anything.
Just space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Inside the beautiful, intimate setting of Hummingbird Estates, you'll experience gentle movement, nourishing food, reflection, meaningful conversation, fresh air, and time to breathe.
✨ Slow down and quiet the noise
✨ Reconnect with yourself
✨ Move and nourish your body
✨ Be surrounded by women who get it
✨ Leave feeling lighter than when you arrived
This is not a conference.
This is not another thing to accomplish.
This is a deep exhale.
For one day, you don't have to be the one taking care of everyone else.
We'll take care of you.

Why Only 12 Women?
Because we want this to feel different.
Replenish + Rise is intentionally limited to 12 women so the day can remain intimate, comfortable, and personal.
You won't be walking into a room filled with strangers and name tags.
You'll be welcomed into a beautiful space where you can settle in, connect naturally, and have room to simply be.
Come alone. Come with a friend. Either way, there is a place for you here.
This Is Your Moment
If you've been craving:
A day that doesn't revolve around someone else's needs
Permission to slow down without feeling guilty
Time away from the constant noise and responsibility
Meaningful connection with other women
Space to move, breathe, reflect, laugh, and just be
A chance to remember what you need
This day was created for you.
You don't need to earn the rest.
You don't need to wait until everything else is finished.
And you definitely don't need to arrive with anything figured out.
Just come.
Rest. Reset. Reconnect.
The Agenda
For those of you who like a plan. We see you.
Our day will intentionally have room to breathe, but here's a peek at what we're planning:
Welcome + intention setting
Gentle yoga + grounding
Sound bath
Journaling + reflection
A nourishing lunch prepared for you
Keynote with Kari Goeden of Wise Womxn Wellness
Guided outdoor walk
Yoga, reflection, partner work + connection
Closing circle + takeaways
Come in whatever season you're in.
Leave a little more replenished, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to the woman underneath everything she does for everyone else.
Replenish + Rise.

Dr. Tamara Kraft, PhD
Integrative Somatic Practitioner | Yoga Psychology Instructor | Advanced QNRT™ Provider
Dr. Tamara Kraft is an Integrative Somatic Practitioner, educator, and Yoga Psychology Instructor whose work explores the powerful intersection of the nervous system, body, relationship, and our innate capacity to heal.
With a PhD in Somatic Psychology and advanced training in QNRT™, EMDR, HeartMath, Polyvagal-informed practices, and yoga psychology, Tamara brings both science and soul to her work. At the heart of her approach is a simple belief: our bodies are not problems to be managed, but wise systems designed for adaptation, connection, and healing when given the right conditions.
Tamara is especially passionate about creating those conditions for people who spend much of their lives creating them for others. Her work invites caregivers, healers, and wellness professionals to turn some of their practiced attunement inward—to notice their own signals, reconnect with their own needs, and expand their capacity not only to give, but to receive.
Through gentle somatic exploration, nervous-system education, sound, breath, and restorative practices, Tamara creates spaces where there is nothing to fix, perform, or accomplish—only an invitation to be supported, reconnect with yourself, and remember that you, too, belong within the circle of your care.

Kari is a seasoned relationship therapist and birth doula specializing in women’s empowerment. Integral to Kari’s approach is her belief that women are badass and way stronger than society gives them credit for. Kari’s mission is to help women tap into their power and intuition to help them create a life that lights them up. As a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Kari works from a systemic perspective, always considering the impact that her client’s relationships have on mental wellbeing.
Kari takes a holistic approach to mental wellness in that she believes the path to wellness is most powerfully discovered when incorporating mind + body + spirit. We are integrated beings. Our bodies and brains are not separate entities—each affects the other. This is where walk-and-talk sessions come in.
Whether it’s walking the neighborhood, hitting the trail, taking to the walking pad, or heading to the community center, Kari helps facilitate walk-and-talk sessions that lead to life-changing transformation.
Kari brings a sense of curiosity, warmth, and playfulness to the therapy space, providing her clients with a comfortable, trusting relationship. She holds space for her clients to take an honest look at themselves, their relationships, and the parts of their life they want to transform. In working with Kari, you can expect to gain awareness of your relational patterns to help you make a conscious choice about how you want to show up in the world as a partner, parent, professional, friend and person in general. She’ll work with you to gain clarity on what it is you want, while holding you accountable and continuously nudging you toward creating and living a life that feels meaningful. She firmly believes that each of us holds the answers to our happiness, peace, and well-being within us. Her job is to help uncover and shine a light on your truth.
Spontaneity and creativity are core values for Kari. Outside of the therapy and birthing spaces, you can find her singing and dancing to anything Taylor Swift with her girls, finding a new corner of her home to decorate, and exploring all that Mother Earth has to offer. She feels most at home with herself when she wakes with the sun, sings in the car, and travels somewhere new.
