Replenish & Rise is a one-day winter reset created for you—the wellness professional who pours into others and is ready to be poured into.

This intimate, invitation-only retreat blends movement, nourishment, reflection, and connection inside a beautiful, light-filled studio designed for creativity and calm. It’s a chance to step out of doing… and gently return to being.

Melissa Rose owner of The Dancing House and voice of Brick + Mortar Visibility Podcast

Melissa has been a dance educator since the age of 16 and has owned her own dance studio since 2009.  Receiving a BFA in Musical Theatre from UWSP, she’s performed & choreographed professionally throughout the midwest. After her third baby, she started her own studio The Dancing House, where she shares the art of dance to beginner dancers of all ages both in her her brick + mortar studio and her online membership platform called Dance on Demand. 

As an established entrepreneur, Melissa is often asked to speak at corporate events and coach other studio business owers. In her weekly podcast,  Brick and Mortar Visibility, Melissa peels back the curtain on running a business and shares the tips, tools and strategies that she’s learned in her business to help you in yours with an emphasis on marketing and being the local "go to" in your industry. 

As a mama of five kiddos, Melissa is frequently asked how she juggles it all. She’ll be the first to tell you she doesn’t.  She has a team of amazing people helping her which allows her to do really fun things like choreographing musicals, playing in her garden and seeing concerts with her love.

She brings a dynamic blend of clinical expertise and movement science to her practice, offering a well-rounded, personalized approach to care.

With a strong background in sports medicine, fitness, and pelvic health, Dr. Kaitlin is passionate about helping active women build strong, resilient, and pain-free bodies. She specializes in guiding her patients through injury recovery, performance enhancement, and long-term wellness—always with a focus on whole-body function and sustainable strength.

Known for her energy, encouragement, and empowering approach, Dr. Kaitlin partners with each patient to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals, lifestyle, and active pursuits.

Margie Schmid is a certified Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Sprout Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, dedicated to empowering people to make simple, sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to greater energy, confidence, and vitality. After a long career in education and her own personal journey toward wellness through holistic nutrition, Margie embraced her passion for whole-food, plant-based living and earned her certification to help others thrive. She believes food truly is medicine and loves guiding individuals to healthier habits that nourish both body and mind.
