We’re wrapping up 2024, and I have just one question for you:

For me, 2024 was all about leaning into the tough stuff. Behind the scenes at Brick and Mortar Visibility, there were moments that stretched me, challenged me, and—let’s be real—pushed me out of my comfort zone.

But you know what? Those moments also brought breakthroughs. Choosing to face those challenges head-on led to another record-breaking year for my business and a deeper sense of gratitude for this journey.

And here’s the thing: growth doesn’t happen without intentional decisions. Big ones, small ones—they all matter. And sometimes, the best decisions come from simply asking, What needs to change?

So now I’m passing the mic to you:
