OMG!
No matter if it's a real life baby, or a business, or in this case a podcast, that first year is HUGE!
The learning, the growing, the stretching, the figuring it out and a few sleepless nights.
It’s been a huge, EPIC year in all the ways. But creating In The Nitty Gritty was a true highlight for me, and kept the fun in 2020. From creating content, to recording to sharing it with you all… I loved it all!

I also need to thank Matt Kendziera, my producer for his editing skills that make me sound brilliant, and producing skills to make the listening experience top notch. He has been part of the vision and the journey from day one. This could not happen without him and his attention to detail and creativity. The title of this episode is something he told me almost 30 years ago, and it still makes me giggle. Please know - I couldn't do ANY OF THIS without my stellar team!
